Mobi Link Energy moves fuel from licensed depots to the places that keep working when the power goes off: farms, transport fleets, quarries, hospitals, schools, hotels and homes. We handle the loading, the paperwork and the delivery, so your team only has to sign for it.

Measured and documented
Every load leaves on calibrated meters and arrives with a delivery note and invoice showing product, volume and density.
Our own delivery schedule
Fixed delivery windows for contract clients and same-day dispatch within Nairobi for urgent orders placed before midday.
Product you can test
Fuel is sourced from licensed depots and can be sampled on arrival. If a test fails, we take the load back at our cost.

Supply is the easy part. These are the arrangements that keep sites, fleets and kitchens running without anyone chasing a tanker.

Scheduled supply contracts

Agree a volume and a delivery day, and we hold the schedule. Pricing is fixed per cycle so your fuel budget stops moving week to week.

Generator refuelling

Standby generators topped up on a set rota for hospitals, data rooms, malls and estates, including night and weekend call-outs.

Fleet and site fuelling

Direct fuelling of trucks, tractors and plant on your yard, with per-vehicle records so you can see where the litres went.

Storage and equipment

Supply and installation of storage tanks, bunded bowsers, pumps, nozzles and LPG regulators, plus servicing after installation.

Consumption reporting

A monthly statement per site or vehicle showing volumes, dates and spend, so unusual usage shows up before it becomes a loss.

Emergency supply

Out-of-hours deliveries when a tank runs dry or a shutdown looms. Call the emergency line and we dispatch from the nearest depot.

Fuel cards for fleets

A card per vehicle or per driver, with daily limits and PIN control. Every litre is logged against a registration number, so fuel stops disappearing between routes.

Station and reseller supply

Wholesale volumes for filling stations, gas resellers and agrovets, including cylinder stock, pump support and delivery cycles that match your sales.

Safety, quality and compliance

Licensed operations
We operate under the licences required for petroleum and LPG handling in Kenya, and our drivers carry current dangerous-goods certification.
Product quality checks
Density and appearance are checked at loading and can be witnessed at delivery. Sample bottles are available on request.
Calibrated metering
Tanker compartments and meters are calibrated and sealed, so the litres on the note are the litres in your tank.

Site safety on arrival
Crews cordon the delivery area, bond and earth the tanker, and keep extinguishers within reach until the hoses are stowed.
Paperwork that matches
Delivery note, ETR receipt and invoice carry the same figures, which keeps your accounts and stock records in agreement.
Cylinder discipline
Cylinders are weighed, leak-tested and fitted with fresh seals. Damaged cylinders are withdrawn, not refilled.

We confirm price per litre or per cylinder, delivery cost and the earliest slot, usually within the hour.

Confirm and schedule
Approve the quote by M-Pesa, bank transfer or on your credit account, and we book the load.

Dispatch
You get the driver's name, the vehicle number and an arrival window before the tanker leaves the depot.

Delivery and documents
Product is discharged in front of your team, then the delivery note, receipt and invoice are handed over.

Tanker deliveries start at 1,000 litres. Below that we deliver in 200 litre drums or 20 litre jerricans. LPG has no minimum: one 6kg cylinder is a valid order.

Within Nairobi and the metro area, orders confirmed before midday usually go out the same day. Upcountry deliveries are typically next day, depending on the route and load size.

We deliver across more than 30 counties. Long-distance runs are scheduled around load size, so tell us the destination and we will confirm the delivery day and transport cost up front.

M-Pesa or bank transfer for one-off orders. Regular clients can apply for a credit account with 14 or 30 day terms after a short reference check.

Discharge happens in front of your representative, using calibrated meters and sealed compartments. The delivery note records product, volume and density, and you can dip your tank before signing.

Yes. We supply and install storage tanks, bunded bowsers, pumps and LPG regulators, and we service them afterwards. Ask for a site visit and we will size the installation to your usage.
